Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server/Linux environments with 2,000+ endpoints
- Lead AWS/Azure cloud migrations and optimize multi-hybrid infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including zero-trust architecture
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide 24/7 on-call support with rotating weekend duties
- Document SOPs and conduct quarterly disaster recovery drills
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level certification (AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+)
- Advanced proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs of IT equipment
