Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company initiatives
- Drive security best practices across development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic fundamentals
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
