Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle development of cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Architect AWS-based infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Drive DevOps best practices including IaC and monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Deep AWS knowledge (EC2, Lambda, EKS, S3) with Terraform
- Strong background in microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Immediate availability for onboarding within 2 weeks
