Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies
- Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance through continuous testing
- Architect secure, resilient systems meeting SOC 2 compliance standards
- Contribute to open-source projects and drive innovation in fintech infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on distributed systems
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and serverless architectures
- Strong background in API design, RESTful services, and event-driven patterns
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
