Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams
