Role Overview
The ideal candidate will monitor our security posture, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and incidents in real-time.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Implement and manage security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into the SDLC.
- Prepare incident reports and provide security awareness training to staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Security+.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, CrowdStrike) and SOAR platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible for clearance (if applicable).
