Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support strategic decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features and marketing campaigns.
- Automate manual reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor data quality and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL for querying databases and extracting datasets.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
