Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that drive business growth.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with engineering and product teams to recommend data-driven strategies for process optimization.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality standards and compliance with company policies throughout the data lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data extraction; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role within the tech industry.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
