Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover trends and opportunities
- Design interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative insights
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability across cloud platforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
