Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Automate reporting workflows using Python, SQL, or R to increase operational efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product and marketing decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, with a preference for weekend shift experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, stored procedures, indexing).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
