Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and clean large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven decision making
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate strategic initiatives
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across analytics systems and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with Python/R for data manipulation and analysis
- Proven track record of translating data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
