Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement SQL queries to extract, clean, and optimize large-scale datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership teams with clear visualizations
- Monitor KPIs and generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel/VBA
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
