Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation security architectures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, zero-trust)
- Lead incident response for security breaches and cyber attacks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Monitor SIEM platforms for threat detection and analysis
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Prepare compliance reports for NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network security
- Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR solutions
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
