Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security protocols to protect cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across enterprise systems
- Lead incident response for security breaches and cyber-attacks
- Develop security automation tools using Python, PowerShell, and SIEM platforms
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using Splunk, Sentinel, or ELK stack
- Create security documentation and compliance reports for regulatory frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct security awareness training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or SOC operations
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network security protocols
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Mandiant, Recorded Future)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
