Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced security controls across cloud/on-prem infrastructures
- Lead incident response coordination during security breaches and cyberattacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Develop security awareness training programs for technical and non-technical staff
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and Georgia-specific regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with CISO on strategic security initiatives and threat intelligence programs
- Mentor junior analysts through security drills and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity roles with incident response experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC Security Expert (GXPN)
- Expertise in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and EDR/XDR platforms
- Deep knowledge of network security architectures and threat vectors
- Experience with AWS/Azure security services and zero-trust implementations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex risks to stakeholders
