Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats using SIEM tools
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security protocols for cloud/on-premise systems
- Lead incident response activities and create post-mortem reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain compliance with NIST/FISMA standards
- Train staff on security best practices and threat awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in threat detection and incident response
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
