As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you'll implement advanced threat detection protocols, lead incident response initiatives, and architect robust defense mechanisms. Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents using SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud/on-premise infrastructure
- Develop and maintain security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Lead forensic investigations and compile detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement secure coding practices
- Stay current with emerging threats and NIST/CIS compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with hands-on SOC/IR experience
- CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in threat intelligence platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks)
- Proficiency in network security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure security best practices
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
