Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools (Splunk/QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement and maintain security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Develop incident response playbooks and conduct tabletop exercises
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on secure CI/CD pipelines
- Perform forensic investigations and threat hunting
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in security operations (SOC) or similar role
- Active CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification
- Proficiency in network security tools (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) environments
- Strong knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 operations coverage
