Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting & Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Visualization: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards and reports for stakeholders using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data processes, methodologies, and findings.
- SQL Execution: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to break down complex problems and think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, NC (Relocation assistance available).
