Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and secure on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory environments.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve complex system issues.
- Perform system backups, updates, and patch management to minimize downtime.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and scripting languages.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or MCSA are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
