Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers, virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V), and network infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and network integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management systems.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery plans, and patch management schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and IT upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux distributions (RHEL/CentOS).
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP networking protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
- CompTIA Server+ or Network+ certification preferred.
