Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Monitor system performance, security, and uptime to ensure 99.9% availability.
- Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and applications.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell/Bash) to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
- CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
