Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux).
- Implement and enforce robust security policies, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and resolve hardware/software conflicts efficiently.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery plans, and ensure data integrity.
- Configure and manage Active Directory and Identity Management solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is highly preferred.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
