Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java, Python, and Go
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Lead code reviews and pair programming sessions for technical excellence
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Docker
- Debug and resolve production issues with advanced logging and monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Document architecture decisions and contribute to engineering wikis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend/full-stack development
- Expertise in at least two programming languages (Java/Python preferred)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
