Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and implement security protocols
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments with automated solutions
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and system upgrades
- Document processes, create runbooks, and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience in Windows/Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
