Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and implement preventive maintenance
- Configure and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and security protocols
- Deploy, patch, and upgrade operating systems and enterprise applications
- Document IT systems, processes, and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with security standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience in Windows/Linux environments
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical documentation
