Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of Windows and Linux servers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data and network integrity.
- Active Directory: Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within the Active Directory environment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and resources to ensure optimal uptime and speed.
- Backup & Recovery: Develop and execute data backup strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- OS Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and routing protocols.
- Scripting: Ability to write and debug scripts using PowerShell or Bash.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or CCNA certification is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
