Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Oversee network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Python
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Document IT systems, processes, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in system administration
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and DNS
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
