Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security patches
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise backup systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with IT policies
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical infrastructure incidents
- Optimize system performance and implement capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or MCSE) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and configuration management (Ansible)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
