Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of distributed microservices
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime
- Contribute to open-source projects used by 500K+ developers
- Collaborate with Product on technical roadmap alignment
- Conduct quarterly security audits and threat modeling
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience with Go/Python and cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Strong background in distributed systems design
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Published contributions to GitHub repositories
- Ability to work PST hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
