Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise server infrastructure and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Monitor system performance, health, and security to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and patch Windows Server and Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) operating systems.
- Implement and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and network security protocols.
- Perform regular data backups, disaster recovery testing, and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with software development and engineering teams to support deployments and application integration.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration.
- Deep knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configuration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification is a plus.
