Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability strategy with measurable KPIs for carbon reduction and resource optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling circular economy solutions
- Manage vendor partnerships for sustainable material sourcing and renewable energy procurement
- Drive ESG reporting initiatives exceeding GRI and SASB standards
- Conduct lifecycle assessments for new product innovations
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists through innovation sprints and hackathons
- Present quarterly sustainability roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science/Sustainability or equivalent experience
- 5+ years leading corporate sustainability initiatives in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record implementing circular economy models with quantifiable ROI
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong data analytics skills with sustainability dashboards (SAP EHS, Tableau)
- LEED Green Associate or similar sustainability certification required
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Deep knowledge of California AB 2532 and federal EPA regulations
