Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of sustainable technology solutions aligned with 2026 environmental targets
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and sustainability experts in project execution
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging eco-tech opportunities
- Develop and implement circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle management
- Forge strategic partnerships with green tech startups, research institutions, and policy makers
- Present innovation roadmaps and progress reports to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of sustainable design thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in sustainable innovation, product development, or green technology
- Proven track record leading circular economy or carbon-neutral projects
- Expertise in sustainable materials science and lifecycle assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven innovation processes
- Certification in LEED, B Corp standards, or equivalent sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience securing ESG funding or impact investment for sustainability initiatives
