Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic sustainability planning
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year environmental roadmaps
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis and circular economy models
- Strong data literacy with sustainability metrics (ESG, LCA, GHG Protocol)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Experience with future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
