Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to assess their viability for our core products.
- Architecture Governance: Oversee the technical architecture of major initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical strategies with broader business goals.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures to support future growth.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the tech department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or technical roadmaps (5+ years in a leadership role).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and data engineering.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
