The Role: In this pivotal position, you will bridge the gap between current operational capabilities and future state architectures. You will work closely with C-level executives to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring we are not just keeping pace with the market, but defining it.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation AI and predictive analytics solutions.
- Oversee the architectural transition to scalable, cloud-native infrastructures.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and design teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations and defining strategic roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the enterprise software or high-tech hardware sector is highly preferred.
