Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for our technology stack over the next two years, focusing on scalability and AI integration.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced LLMs) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for the C-suite and board members.
- Digital Transformation Oversight: Guide cross-functional teams in the adoption of new digital tools and processes to drive operational efficiency.
- R&D Budgeting: Manage and optimize the technology budget, ensuring maximum ROI on research and development projects.
- Partnership Development: Foster relationships with key technology vendors and industry thought leaders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic technology planning, executive consulting, or senior engineering management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic roadmaps that result in business growth.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-departmental collaboration.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
