Responsibilities
- Scanning the Horizon: Continuously monitor global technology trends, AI advancements, and market shifts to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026+ innovation strategy, aligning long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Pilot Program Management: Spearhead the design, launch, and analysis of internal pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a thought leader, presenting complex data and strategic insights to C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses of competitor innovation strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, strategy, or R&D, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or Web3 technologies and their commercial applications.
