Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
