- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies 3-5 years ahead of market
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a futurist authority
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis
- Exceptional skills in scenario modeling and quantitative trend projection
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-suite strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
