Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and socioeconomic trends through 2030
- Develop quantitative forecasting models and qualitative scenario-planning frameworks
- Deliver executive briefings and strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications positioning clients as future-ready
- Manage a portfolio of 12-18 high-impact client engagements annually
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences across industries
- Published work in foresight publications or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with AI ethics, climate resilience, or quantum computing trends
