Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Translate high-level business goals into a concrete, technical 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge) that drive competitive advantage.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that support our enterprise growth and future-proof our infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Technology Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies to integrate them into our core stack.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence among the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to business problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
