Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing).
- Identify market trends and competitive threats to ensure our product offerings remain ahead of the curve.
- Manage the lifecycle of major R&D projects, from conception to deployment.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget allocation for long-term infrastructure investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-growth companies through periods of rapid technological change.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategy.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and global teams.
