Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into product strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, multi-variable problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
