Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical architecture for the 2026 platform roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to determine their feasibility for integration into the 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API standards and data governance policies.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance under high-scale load conditions.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and engineering leadership.
- Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of containerization and orchestration.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
