Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large-scale data sets.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and improve data accuracy.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security compliance across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
