Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design reviews, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members to ensure high code quality.
- Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior developers when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on backend or full-stack systems.
- Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
