Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Data Modeling: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and create robust data models to support reporting requirements.
- Performance Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, providing clear recommendations to management based on data-driven evidence.
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with product teams to design and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose solutions to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is mandatory.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical concepts, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights for non-technical audiences.
