Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and mentor junior developers within the team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for our clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
