Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project milestones
- Optimize application performance through code refactoring and database query tuning
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS services (Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation)
- Lead code reviews and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with Java, Python, or similar backend languages
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
